  • At the heart of our approach to executive coaching is a series of confidential, one-to-one sessions with a trained expert in leadership and the human dimension of workplace life.
  • The coaching process is bespoke. We work flexibly to help each client achieve their goals and focus on rapid, tangible results.
  • We combine a commercial approach with deep psychological expertise. This is particularly valuable for clients who find themselves trapped in unhelpful patterns of behaviour. Exploring the hidden emotional dynamics that drive these patterns can help increase their self-awareness, improve their self-management and transform their leadership effectiveness.
  • We are more proactive than many coaches and will offer guidance and advice as well as exploration and support. We aim to ensure that learning from the sessions is converted to practical strategies in the workplace as rapidly as possible.
  • During each coaching programme, we draw on a wide range of psychometric and behavioural tools and models. We have particular expertise in the use of 360 degree feedback and personality type.
  • While our focus is on working with the individual, we keep the concerns of their business centre-stage. We take practical steps to involve key stake-holders in the coaching process, notably line-managers and HR partners, while protecting the confidentiality of the one-to-one coaching.
