  • The Sandler Consulting team consists of five senior executive coaches and a specialist communications coach, each with long years of experience and a proven track record of excellent results. We deliberately keep the team small to guarantee the quality of our work.
  • Catherine Sandler, who founded the practice in 1998, is one of the most experienced executive coaches in the country. After a decade of work in the leadership development field, notably at London Business School, she founded Sandler Consulting in 1998. She has published widely and is regularly invited to coach, speak and teach in the UK and abroad.
  • Our extensive client list covers all sectors from FTSE 100 bluechips to SMEs and not-for-profits. We build long-term relationships with our client organisations and often become trusted advisers on a range of coaching and leadership issues. We coach senior individuals and teams, including Board Directors, as well as rising stars and valued professionals.
  • From the outset, the hallmark of our executive coaching has been an unusually powerful combination of business and psychological expertise. We use this to help clients gain insight, overcome unhelpful patterns of behaviour and develop new strategies and skills to improve their leadership effectiveness. Our approach is distinguished by a more proactive approach than that of many coaches. This means that as well as exploring and encouraging, we will guide, inform and advise.
