The Team

  • Sandler Consulting has a core team of long-established and successful coaches. Each coach has been carefully hand-picked for the experience and skill that they bring to the field. We have worked together for many years and deliberately keep the team small in order to guarantee quality and consistency.
  • Through working as a team we are often able to deliver extra value to our clients. When two or more of us coach within the same business, common themes usually emerge. While protecting client confidentiality, we feed back to the business those themes that reflect organisational and systemic issues.
  • We invest time in sharing new ideas and techniques. By regularly reviewing our work, and extending our knowledge and skills, we ensure that our practice remains at the cutting edge of executive coaching.
  • All our coaches use coaching supervision and several of us provide it. This is the discussion of anonymised cases with another senior professional in the field – standard practice in the helping professions. Supervision provides quality control for clients and a fresh perspective for the coach. The identity of the client and their business is treated entirely confidentially.
