Coaching Clinics

  • Coaching Clinics provide a cost-effective, high-impact means of providing a wide range of staff with access to expert coaching.
  • While executive coaching programmes help key players address issues in depth, Coaching Clinics form part of a company’s wellbeing and organisational health strategy, alongside Employee Assistance Programmes and other forms of support.
  • Coaching Clinics usually take place on-site, with the coach(es) available for one or two days per month.
  • Staff members are able to sign up for a one-to-one confidential session in order to address any work or wellbeing-related problems.
  • As highly-experienced coaches, we are able to build rapid rapport and go straight to the heart of an issue within a single session.
  • Our approach is flexible and proactive, providing emotional support and practical advice to help coachees explore their issue and leave with new insights and clear action points.

  • Typical topics that individuals have brought to Coaching Clinics include:
    • Difficult relationships with boss, colleague or team member
    • Managing stress or anxiety
    • Problems with workload and delegation
    • Building confidence, impact and visibility
    • Issues relating to family or health
    • Coping with organisational change and uncertainty
    • Receiving and delivering feedback
    • Career plans
    • Concerns about bullying or harassment
  • Experience shows that Coaching Clinics deliver multiple benefits:
    • Staff feel supported and valued which in turn increases productivity, loyalty and retention
    • Potentially serious concerns relating to work and wellbeing are addressed at an early stage
    • They are a cost-effective means of accessing first-class executive coaching
    • They promote the establishment of a coaching culture
    • As common themes emerge from the coaching sessions, the coaches can feed these back to senior management or HR, while maintaining individual confidentiality, helping the organisation to develop

  • Catherine has a formidable intellect, and is also a very good judge of people. She clearly has a great range and depth of experience that she can draw on to help those she is coaching.

    CEO
  • My company’s growth was being limited by its ineffective historical structure and its managers' lack of people-management ability. As a result of Sandler Consulting’s highly-effective coaching we restructured, upskilled, and saw our firm unlock its potential to grow significantly in revenue and profitability.

    Executive Chairman
  • Catherine's razor-sharp insights helped me to decode some difficult situations and develop strategies to tackle them with assurance. She is incisive, strategic, savvy and shrewd - not afraid to challenge yet very supportive. I also found her fun to work with and very human.

    Senior Partner
  • Ed has a remarkable ability to create genuine connection and trust. Even the most skeptical senior managers are won over by his patience, intelligence and strategic view, usually identifying their collaboration with Ed as one of their most valuable developmental experiences.

    CEO
  • Ed is an extremely effective executive coach. With professionalism and a clear sense that he is ‘on your side’, Ed built a profound understanding of my behavioural preferences. He coached me to flex my leadership style with tangible results…improved working relationships, more effective leadership and practical techniques for the future.

    General Counsel
  • Since working with Jani, my leadership effectiveness has changed dramatically, which has been noticed by my team, line-manager and peers. I've been promoted twice and have led a declining area of our business into growth.

    Executive
  • Jani's coaching has been life-changing. It has brought a consciousness to my skills and style and enabled me to bring the best out in myself and therefore the organisation.

    Board Director
  • Rachel's coaching helped me to excel in a period of transition. As a result I was able to chart a course to the top team where I now sit. The work we did enabled me to be strategic, while working at full pelt, and played a significant part in my success.

    Board Director
  • As the leader of an organisation, it’s important to have time to reflect. I worked with Rachel before and after I became CEO and have found it incredibly beneficial. It is really useful to have a high level confidante to discuss business issues with in a constructive and confidential setting.

    CEO
  • The work Sarah did with our team on Executing Strategy in Complexity blew me away. She helped us realise and articulate what we unconsciously knew but could not consciously or coherently land on.

    Managing Director
  • Working with Sarah has had a major impact on my working practices, on how I view myself, my work, my performance, my colleagues and how I interact with them, and the performance of my team. I cannot overstate the positive impact this has had.

    Head of Business Development
  • I would highlight the personal concern shown by Catherine and her team of executive coaches for their clients. I have been very pleased to award them work.

    Global Head of HR
  • I would recommend the Sandler coaches unreservedly.

    Managing Director
  • The range and quality of the input from the Sandler Consulting team has been second to none in making a real difference to the skills and motivation of the leadership team of our market-leading £2.6 billion business.
