About Us

  • Sandler Consulting was founded in 1998 when Catherine Sandler decided to specialise in one-to-one work with executives. Each coach who has joined her at Sandler Consulting is a highly trained and experienced professional with a track record of delivering excellent results. This hand-picked team is deliberately kept small so that we can guarantee the quality and consistency of the service we provide.
  • The hallmark of all our work is practical value - we aim to make a clearly observable difference to our clients as rapidly as possible.
  • Our coaching is distinguished by the length and depth of our experience in the field and particularly by our expertise in both the psychological and business arenas. We bring our knowledge and understanding of these two key areas to bear when tackling client issues.
  • This dual perspective enables us to move readily in our coaching work between task-related problems (e.g. an organisational restructure or a critical succession planning decision) and interpersonal and emotional issues (e.g. overcoming a deep-rooted tendency to avoid conflict which is hindering timely decision-making and performance management).
